We lost a true leader in our community this past week. Former Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce President John Seymour was a former MCEDA Board Member and a pillar in the Decatur-Morgan County Community. His contributions to the growth and prosperity in our community will be felt for many decades to come.

John Seymour, who worked as the president and CEO of the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce for 30 years, died Friday night. He was 82 years old.
