The Decatur Rotary Club, formed in 1955, serves all of Wise County. Our mission is to create opportunities in our community that will improve people's lives. We focus on education and literacy, clean water and air, health and hygiene, mothers an children, and a clean and vibrant environment. Rotary is a global network of 1.4 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world

where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves. There's something for everyone at Rotary. As members, we believe that we have a shared responsibility to take action on our world’s most persistent issues. Our 46,000+ clubs work together to: promote peace, Fight disease, provide clean water, sanitation, and hygiene, save mothers and children, support education, grow local economies, protect the environment. A heartfelt thank-you to the Decatur businesses and individuals who generously donated funds to Decatur ISD to eliminate approximately $5,000 in unpaid student meal debt.

Your kindness ensures that every student is cared for and supported, and it’s a powerful reminder of what makes our community so special. We truly appreciate your commitment to our schools and to the families of Decatur.
