It was a great day for TBRI! 💜

Today we had the honor of joining CASA of West Texas as part of the Trauma Task Force we have been part of to bring TBRI to West Texas! There was a room of almost 250 people learning how to meet the needs of children through connection, empowering and correction - something Addy’s Hope teaches and believes in! The room was full of those from our judicial system, child welfare system, education system, law enforcement, clergy, and more! It has been a dream of Addy’s Hope to know that our community could be trauma informed with TBRI principles to meet the needs of the children and families we serve in every area where they live and have services provided!

Thank you to CASA Executive Director Patty Pisklak for her vision and hard work to make this a reality! Thank you to Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development for partnering with our Trauma Task Force to bring Troy to Midland to introduce our community to TBRI! Thank you to all in our community who gave of their time to come and learn about TBRI!

Last month we celebrated the finalization of this amazing family just weeks before the 18th birthday of one of these precious girls!

Today we are celebrating all the pink 🎀 as this family went from a family of 2 to a family of 4! We are celebrating sisters who get to stay together in a family FOREVER! We are celebrating two young ladies who wanted to be adopted, but were so close to turning 18 without that dream coming true.

Our sincerest congratulations to this family! We are so grateful to all four of you for saying yes! What an honor to get to be part of your adoption story and know that you are now a forever family!!! From all of us at Addy's Hope, Happy Forever!!!

Today, our offices will be closed as we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Their courage, service, and dedication will never be forgotten. From all of us at Addy’s Hope Social Services, thank you to our fallen heroes and the families who carry their legacy forward.

What an amazing weekend! Thank you to Heart Gallery of West Texas through One Accord for Kids for granting us the funds to hold the event through our West Texas location and to Respite Ranch TX for partnering with us to put on the weekend! It was an amazing time for adoptive families to be able to retreat and connect with each other as well as other adoptive families! 💜

50% of our placements last year were sibling groups of three or more who stayed together!

We're on a mission to empty the Texas foster care system of waiting children, one child at a time – by matching them with loving adoptive families and providing transitional homes and support for youth who age out without one. ❤️
