ALL NARCOG offices and operations will be CLOSED Tuesday, December 27, 2022 due to inclement weather and deteriorating road conditions. This includes NARCOG TRANSIT. NARCOG Regional Transit Agency Statement
Our agency is taking the necessary steps to protect our riders and employees. The following operating procedures are effective immediately:
• Individuals traveling to oncology or dialysis appointments will travel one at a time (an attendant may also ride, if needed)
• No more than two passengers will ride at a time.
• Passengers are advised to stay at home if they are sick
• Passengers are encouraged to limit unnecessary travel
• Passengers are requested to avoid close contact and maintain a distance of 6 feet, when possible.
• Drivers will disinfect vehicles on a continuous basis.

NARCOG Transit will be closed for the Labor Day Holiday. Due to lack of interest in the shuttle service, this includes the shuttle service planned for the LST SHIP MEMORIAL. We will reopen Tuesday morning for regularly scheduled service! If you haven’t visited the LST SHIP MEMORIAL, please plan a visit! It is AMAZING!!

Hate traffic, but love fireworks?!?!? Get "On Board" the Spirit of America Festival Shuttle Service!! $2 round trip!! 2 locations starting at 6 PM, July 4th!! Princess Theatre Downtown (10 minute ride) and GE parking lot on Point Mallard Drive (5 minute ride).

Shuttle wristbands allow each person that makes a purchase, unlimited rides to and from the event site and will allow for easy access when leaving the event.

This service is open to the public and does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, s*x, s*xual orientation, gender expression, age, height, weight, physical or mental ability, veteran status, military obligations, and marital status. CAUTION: Fireworks traffic is experiencing a delay due to a car fire just south of the GE Plant Entrance and just North of the Point Mallard Entrance. Fire is under control, but NARCOG Transit will not operate until the scene is cleared.

Visit the great exhibits at the Morgan County Archives! Just one of the many stops on the River Circulator “Test” Route. Only $1 to ride each time you get on board. Kids age 12 & under ride free with an adult. Join us as we explore the need for this route and the exploration of potential expansion of circulating routes through Decatur neighborhoods in the future! This does not impact our regular demand-response service. Demand-response trips are booked at least one day in advance and each trips costs $2 for curb to curb service. Book your trips well in advance in Lawrence an Morgan County by calling 256-580-2088. Our daily slots fill up quickly!
