Today, we had the privilege of hosting some awesome 3rd grade students from Rann Elementary School ! Our officers enjoyed spending time with these bright young minds, answering questions, sharing what we do each day, and building positive relationships with the future of our community.

Established by President John F. Kennedy in 1962, Peace Officers Memorial Day was created to recognize and remember federal, state, and local peace officers who lost their lives while protecting their communities. Each year on May 15, during National Police Week, communities across the nation pause to reflect on the courage, service, and sacrifice of these heroes.

Their dedication and selfless commitment will never be forgotten. We also remember the families, friends, and fellow officers who continue to carry their legacy forward each day.
