Come stop by the Mardigian Library to pick up a packet of "Pacific Beauty" Calendula seeds (while supplies last)! As part of the "One Seed, One State initiative," participating libraries across the state of Michigan--including the Mardigian Library--are distributing these seeds, which are ready to be sown directly in the soil for a beautiful display of orange and yellow flowers that can also be used as a medicinal herb that can be made into tea or a healing salve.
