Consider lending a hand by partnering with Meijer and Oxford Orion Fish to provide food for friends and neighbors in our communities 🍎🍞🥗💛

❤️ Help Fight Hunger Right Here in Our Community! ❤️

Oxford/Orion FISH is proud to once again partner with Oxford Meijer through the Simply Give program to help provide food for local families in need.

Did you know that 1 in 8 Americans experiences food insecurity? Together, we can make a real difference for our neighbors.

🛒 Now through September 26, 2026, purchase a $10 Simply Give donation card at the Oxford Meijer, and every dollar stays local to support the Oxford/Orion FISH food pantry.

🌟 Mark your calendars for Double Match Days!
📅 September 12

On these special days, Meijer will DOUBLE MATCH every $10 donation, turning your gift into $30 to help stock our pantry and feed local families!

Every donation—big or small—helps provide hope, dignity, and meals for those who need them most.

Thank you for helping us care for our community, one family at a time. ❤️

September is Fall Prevention Awareness Month.

A safer home can help prevent a life-changing fall.

September is Falls Prevention Awareness Month, and through AgeWays' Home Injury Control program, older adults can access home safety modifications that help them remain safe and independent. Services may include grab bars, shower chairs, handrails, improved lighting, non-slip treatments, and ramps when needed.

These important services are provided through our community partners, including Livingston County Catholic Charities, Council on Aging Inc serving St Clair County, Catholic Charities Washtenaw County, Macomb County Community Services Agency, and Monroe County Opportunity Program.
