Join us this Sunday, June 14, at the Veterans' Monument, 703 Deal Road, for a special Flag Day ceremony. Bring your worn or unserviceable American flags for a dignified retirement ceremony led by Commander Michael Palutis of the Disabled American Veterans. Through presentations, proclamations, and reflections on the meaning of our nation’s flag, we will honor our shared heritage and help make America’s 250th anniversary celebration even more meaningful.

A Flag Day ceremony, on Sunday, June 14th, will take place at the Veterans' Monument at 703 Deal Road. Commander Michael Palutis, from the Disabled American Veterans, will assist residents with a Flag Retirement Ceremony for flags that are worn and no longer fit for display. Presentations, proclamations and reflections as well as a display of 250 flags will make this event another way to celebration our nation's semiquincentennial!
