Good morning!

Our pool pump room is scheduled for maintenance today, so the circulation pump and play features will remain off throughout the day. The water may feel a little cooler than usual, but it should be back to normal tomorrow.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Message from personal Trainer/Coach Katrina:

💥 You Gave Feedback — Coach Katrina Listened!

Instead of a typical cardio-based class, we will focus on BARBELL LIFTING using lightweight, adjustable bars.

This class is designed to help you:

🏋️‍♀️ Learn proper lifting technique
💪 Gain strength and confidence
🩺 Build bone density, protect your joints, & boost your metabolism

Whether you're new to lifting or want to feel more comfortable with a barbell, this class is about learning, getting stronger, and feeling confident—not just getting sweaty.

Come lift heavy, build strength, and discover what you're capable of! 💥

Heck of a traffic jam out there this morning!

It has made its way to its new home, shouldn't be any issues making it in to the rec this morning 😉

Good morning!

Our beautiful parking lot is back open!

09/14/2026

Good evening!

Our parking lot will be closed tomorrow while crews finish striping. We do not anticipate the closure lasting all day.

We’ll provide an update on Facebook as soon as the lot reopens.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding!

Not sure if there is a better environment for football (all ages) then Deadwoods Historic Ferguson Field.

So what if we are biased 😉

Whats your favorite memory at Ferguson Field?
