The 2026 Bike Rodeo is rolling into Miller Park this Sunday, June 14th, from 1pm-3pm! 🚲

In partnership with the De Soto KS Rotary Club, kids ages 5-12 are invited to bring their bikes for a fun and educational afternoon with bike safety checks, an obstacle course, and a free helmet and goody bag with registration. ✔️

Buckle up, Touch-A-Truck is tomorrow, June 6th, from 10am to noon!

Bring the family on over to Miller Park for free, hands-on fun with the trucks, vehicles, and equipment that help build, serve, and support De Soto. 🚒🚓🚜

Kids can climb in, look around, sit behind the wheel, and see some of their favorite big trucks up close.

And while you’re there, swing by the east side of the park for a few rounds of bag toss, ladder toss, and bocce ball with the Parks Board!

Add a little movement to your summer evenings with Water Fitness at the De Soto Aquatic Center! 🌊

Water Fitness combines low-impact exercise with the resistance of the water for a full-body workout that's easy on the joints.

Classes are held from 7:30pm-8:30pm on select Mondays and Wednesdays in June, July, and August. 🗓️

💲Register for Mondays, Wednesdays, or both! The June and July programs are $12 each, and the August program is $6 each.

All water fitness equipment is provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own if preferred.

Touch-A-Truck is one week from today! 🚒🚜

Bring the family out to Miller Park on Saturday, June 6th, from 10am-12pm for free, hands-on fun.

It’ll be a morning exploring the trucks, vehicles, and equipment that help build, serve, and support De Soto. Kids can climb in, look around, and see some of their favorite big trucks up close. 👀

Add a little sparkle to craft night! ✨ Our next Diamond Art Workshop is coming up on Monday, June 22nd, from 6:30pm-7:30pm.

Choose from a variety of designs and create your own project using colorful resin “diamonds.” This beginner-friendly craft is easy to learn and a relaxing way to unwind while making something you can take home.

Happy National Learn to Swim Day! Whether your kiddo is just starting out or brushing up on skills, swim lessons are a great way to build confidence in the water.

Lessons are offered throughout the summer for different ages and skill levels:
- Session #1: June 1-11
- Session #2: June 15-25
- Session #3: July 6-16
- Session #4: July 20-30
