School District of West De Pere

Voters in the School District of West De Pere will decide on an operational referendum question on the ballot Tuesday, November 3.

The proposed referendum would allow the district to reallocate resources to support its schools and students. It’s expected to have a net-zero impact on the district’s mill rate, meaning property taxes would NOT increase as a result of an approved referendum.

Yabbuts was originally written by WDP student Luke Stempa
in 2004 when he was a student in Sharon Sannes' second grade classroom. Luke’s imaginative, HILARIOUS short story became the cornerstone for the Luke Stempa Arts Institute in 2007, a year after we lost Luke.
