Our biggest event of the year is almost here, and we need YOUR help to make it an unforgettable day fundraising for local children and families! ❤️

Join us on Saturday, June 13th for Rock The Stars and be part of something truly special. Whether you can give 30 minutes, a few hours, or spend the entire day with us, every helping hand makes a difference!

We have officially found our CLOSING BAND for Rock the Stars 2026, and we could not be more excited!

🔥 La Nueva Tendencia will be taking the stage at 4:00 PM and bringing the energy, music, and fun to close out an incredible day! Best of all, Rock the Stars is FREE to attend! 🎉

Join us for an afternoon filled with:

Some goodbyes are harder than others.🥹

Recently, we said goodbye to one of the very first vans that helped build Counting Stars into what it is today. What most people saw as an old van, we saw as freedom, opportunity, growth, laughter, and memories that will stay with us forever. ❤️

This van carried our kiddos to services they desperately needed. It took children who once faced transportation barriers to parks, libraries, community outings, appointments, new experiences, and safe places where they could simply be kids. It heard giggles, tears, singing, hard conversations, celebrations, and so many “firsts.”

Just over a year ago we scraped together every dollar we could to purchase this van because our families deserved access, support, and inclusion, regardless of transportation challenges. And while it recently made its final trip to the scrap yard, we can honestly say it served its purpose in the most beautiful way possible. But the need has only grown.

As a nonprofit organization, we rely heavily on the generosity of our community to help us provide safe, reliable transportation for the children and families we serve. We dream of purchasing a 15-passenger wheelchair-accessible bus that can safely support our growing program for years to come.

We are currently seeking sponsors, donors, community partners, and supporters who believe every child deserves access to opportunities, experiences, and care. If you’ve ever wanted to be part of something bigger, this is one of those moments where your support truly changes lives.

Do you have tools sitting in the garage collecting dust? Help us turn them into LIFE SKILLS, LEARNING, and HANDS-ON OPPORTUNITIES at Counting Stars! ⭐

We are currently looking for NEW or GENTLY USED automotive/shop tools to help build out our programming space and teach valuable real-world skills. From jacks and wrench sets to work lights and air tools, every donation makes a difference! 🔧

Even tools you no longer use could become something meaningful for the kids and families we support. ❤️

🌸 Spring is in full bloom — and so is another shining star! 🌟

We’re so excited to celebrate our May Shining Staff Star, Emely Castro Martinez! ✨

Since joining Counting Stars earlier this year, Emely has already made such a meaningful impact within our center. She brings a calm, caring presence that helps our stars feel supported, encouraged, and truly seen. The joy she finds in hearing laughter and watching happiness spread throughout the center reflects the heart she brings into this work each day.

Our leadership team has loved watching Emely step into her role as a Daily Living Skills Instructor, building strong, trusting relationships with the children she works with. She has a natural ability to meet our stars where they’re at and support them through both big and small moments of growth — always with patience and positivity.

At Counting Stars, we know that some of the most meaningful progress happens in the quiet, everyday moments. Emely recognizes those moments and celebrates them right alongside our stars, helping them feel proud, capable, and confident.

At Counting Stars, we’re looking for a Program Driver to join our growing team and help break one of the biggest barriers our kids face, transportation! This role is so much more than driving. It’s about creating access, building trust, and making sure children can safely get to and from their homes, services, and community outings.

If you’re someone who wants a meaningful role where your work truly impacts kids and families every single day, we’d love to connect with you.

An evening created just for you, to slow down, connect, and create something meaningful 💕Because you give so much of yourself every day, and you deserve time to be poured back into, too.

Della Jewelry will be bringing the full Clay Bar experience, where you can design and build your own jewelry—earrings, necklaces, or bracelets. No experience is necessary!

To celebrate YOU just ahead of Mother’s Day:

✨ Charm Bar (necklaces/bracelets) will be 15% off
