The County Judge lifted the burn ban today at 12:00 PM.

Panola County Burn Ban has been extended to 90 more days. NO outside burning or open flames. We will update if any changes are made to the ban.

We are under a BURN BAN for the next 7 days. Extreme fire danger with the wind. We will update when the ban gets lifted.

An emergency 7 day burn ban went into effect at 11:15 AM.

A little before 1:00 pm this afternoon, when resources were limited, we were paged to a structure fire. HUGE thanks to Flatwoods VFD, Caddo Fire District #4, DeSoto Parish Fire District #2, and Community Four VFD for the assistance in manpower and water!!! I appreciate each of you who showed up to help out.
