First Step Shelter a 501(c)3 opened in 2019 we are a comprehensive homeless program in Daytona Beach, serving homeless adults from throughout Volusia County, Florida.

Victoria Fahlberg has led Daytona Beach's shelter for homeless adults since 2019. Under her leadership the shelter has helped more than 2,400 people.
