Rhea County Rescue Squad Dayton 600 100% Volunteer Rescue Squad and Fire Service. Provide vehicle extrication, rope rescue, water rescue and many other types of aid for Rhea County.

District 600 (rescue squad and fire department) of Rhea County Emergency Services Organization is a 100% Volunteer, Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organization. Dayton Rescue Squad is a participating member of Tennessee Association of Rescue Squads (TARS). Station is located at 2403 Railroad Street in Dayton, TN (37321) behind Shop-Rite shopping center. Apparatus include a rescue truck (Rescue II), suburban

(Unit 602), Rescue-One boat and fire engine (Engine 603). We urge anyone interested in serving their community and fellow neighbors, via service or donations, to contact us. It takes a multitude of abilities and types of individuals to smoothly operate a volunteer service of this type. There is one meeting session, one rescue related training session and one fire related training session per month. Please reach out to us if you are interested in participating.
