Until this time, individuals with disabilities were cared for by large state ran institutions that housed individuals and provided little opportunity for community membership. The first home was on Lexington Avenue in Dayton. Since then, RHA has grown throughout Montgomery County providing licensed residential services, supported living services, adult day services, respite, drop in / in home services, and transportation services.
