What an incredible and meaningful day at Miami Valley Sand - Indoor and Outdoor Beach Volleyball, where the probate court issued 2 proclamations to two children who survived cancer.

“Let’s Make Childhood Cancer Extinct” is a fundraiser for Dragon Master Initiative and in its fifth year, raising about $20,000 to date!

These kids are inspiring and the volleyball is intense!

Mental health challenges affect every community, and no single agency can solve them alone.

That’s why our Probate Court is happy to host any mental health stakeholder interested in learning more about our Assisted Outpatient Treatment program. In this case, Mental Health Recovery Board of Clark, Greene & Madison Counties visited to observe the program in action. We learn from them as well.

We invite judges, mental health professionals, county leaders, and other stakeholders to come see how the program operates and discuss how similar initiatives might be developed in their own counties.

Also, thanks Montgomery County Alcohol, Drug Addiction & Mental Health Services and Eastway Behavioral Healthcare for making this program effective.
