Lambrite-IIes-Peterson House The Lambrite–Iles–Petersen House was built by John C. Cochrane in 1856. Several other people owned the house until it was purchased by Thomas Iles around 1863. C.

John H. Petersen bought the house after Iles's death in the mid 1880s and owned it until his own death in 1910 The Petersen family retained ownership of the house for ten years, selling it to Joseph Schick in 1920. The house was later turned into apartments in 1970's and after that the house sat vacant. In 2015, a couple with grandiose dreams of restoring to its former glory purchased the house fr

om the city. Today you can see Richard and Linda Stone painstakingly working on the house to restore this prized home overlooking Davenport.
