Mt. Baker IA follows the tradition, which many crews adhere to, of awarding crew members who dedicate 3 years to the crew. This commitment displays their courage to be better than yesterday, their integrity to train both physically and mentally, and their tenacity to return year after year. Congratulations to the two crew members who earned their buckles this year, it’s a pleasure working with y’all.
