Ship Watcher Update | Havre de Grace Bound

PRIDE II has dropped lines & is now underway from her berth on Clinton Street. With guest crew aboard, the plan is to get some sailing in, spend the night at anchor tonight, & arrive in Havre de Grace tomorrow morning.

The ship will be docked downtown at Frank J. Hutchins Memorial Park & open for FREE Deck Tours all weekend (a short walk from Market Street Brewery).

*Notice of trail (section) closure.

A section of the Mason Dixon Trail at Fisherman’s Park near Conowingo Dam in Maryland is closed due to Avian Influenza. (See map below.) The trail closure is a preventive measure to help save the healthy birds and stop the spread of the disease. A re-opening date has not yet been announced.

A dream that began in 1992 has culminated in a trail connection between communities around the Susquehanna River. The future and use of our Heritage Greenway Trail System are dependent upon our National, State, and Local partners, Volunteers, and Corporate Partners like Vulcan Materials Company. Thank you!
