New Hope Resource Center We help clients achieve financial stability & life transformation by providing services to families in western St. Charles County in Missouri. Louis, Missouri.

The New Hope Resource Center helps individuals and families achieve financial stability and life transformation by providing budget counseling, utility and rent assistance, personal essentials and other services in the western areas of metro St. We offer the gifts of dignity and empowerment as we walk a longer journey with our families by providing skills, opportunity and resources to reach their

goals, offering far more than financial resources. We are a ministry of Morning Star Church, and have been serving clients since 2010. As of the end of 2016, we have served over 850 clients and disbursed over $400,000 to families in need.
