🏆 DelCo Fallen Fire and EMS Softball tournament Champions🏆

Congratulations to our members who competed today for a great cause! We would also like to congratulate Deputy Chief Melazzo, and the rest of committee for another successful year! The committee spends a lot of time setting this event up, and it wouldn’t be possible without them.

While the team was playing, Engine and Squad 4 remained staffed handling 6 calls for service.

Engine, Chief, Deputy 4 are currently operating on a 2nd alarm fire in Collingdale Borough. Units have fire in two homes. Engine 4 arrived as the second due engine.

Engine and Chief 4 assisted Glenolden Fire Company Station 5 on a house fire. Engine 4 arrived as the 4th engine securing a second water supply on side C. 4 units assisted with vertical ventilation and checking for extension.

Engine 4 was dispatched to assist UDFD on a house fire. Engine 4 arrived as the fourth engine, and was assigned to check the exposures for extension. Engine 4 operated for approximately 2 hours before returning.

Engine 4 is currently assisting Upper Darby Professional Firefighters on a working house fire. Engine 4 is assisting with fire suppression on divisions 1 and 2.

Engine(FDE), Truck(FDT), and Chief 4 assisted Sharon Hill Fire Company on a house fire. Chief 9 arrived to report a 2 story twin with smoke showing. Engine 4 arrived secured a positive water supply, and extinguished a basement fire. Truck 4 assisted with searches and checking for extension.

Engine, Deputy, and Assistant 4 assisted Collingdale fire company on a house fire with reports of subjects trapped. Engine 4 arrived as the first engine to find a 3 story twin with smoke showing. Engine 4 located the fire and extinguished. All searches proved negative, and no injuries reported at this time. Deputy 33 held the Collingdale command.

Company 4 was dispatched to assist Collingdale Fire Company on a house fire. Engine 4 arrived as the first engine, to find a 2 story twin with fire showing. Command requested a 2nd alarm due to extension into the attached delta exposure. Captain 4 held the command. Squad and Chief 4 also made the response.

Engine and Truck 4 responded to assist Lansdowne Fire company on an apartment fire. Units arrived to find fire showing. Engine 4 operated as the third due engine. Truck 4 operated as the first due truck.
