I will post things to do in and around Baldwin, Mobile Counties as well as the Gulf Beaches and the Florida Pan Handle. On Thursday, November 17, the City of Fairhope will hold its Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony. Entertainment will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the lights will go on at 6 p.m. In order to prepare for the Tree Lighting festivities, Fairhope Avenue between Section Street and Bancroft will close at 1 p.m. De La Mare Avenue will close at 3:30 p.m. All other downtown streets will close at 5 p.m. Parking signs will be displayed announcing the time of the street closings.
