Mount Cross Volunteer Fire & Rescue We are a completely Volunteer Fire Department located about 5 miles outside of Danville, Virginia on Mt. Cross Road. Visit our website for more information!

We also provide Emergency Medical Services to the citizens of the Mount Cross community. For over 60 years, our Department had served the citizens of Pittsylvania County by providing Fire Protection and EMS First Response for the sick and injured.
