Myth or Fact: Exclusively breastfed babies should eat on a schedule.

MYTH!

Exclusively breastfed babies should eat 8-12 times within 24-hours.

Feeding on demand by following baby’s hunger cues is the best way to ensure baby is getting enough nutrients.

BONUS: feeding on demand helps to “bring in,” maintain, and can help to increase your milk supply!
