We are proud to spotlight Karleigh Gilliam, one of our Work Based Learning seniors, who is gaining valuable experience working at The Learning Train Academy, a local daycare that provides both education and care for young children. This experience is giving Karleigh the opportunity to develop essential employability skills, including patience, communication, teamwork, responsibility, dependability, and professionalism. More importantly, she is learning how meaningful it can be to positively impact the lives of young children. We are excited to watch her learn new skills, build confidence, and prepare for the future!
