🍂🎨It's here!! Our fall coloring contest starts today!

Grab your crayons, markers, colored pencils and all your favorite fall colors because its time to get creative! We had over 60 submissions for our summer coloring contest!!! We cannot wait to see what all the little artist have in store this time around!

How to enter:
-Print out the coloring sheet or pick it up from the Killingly Public Library , make sure you are coloring the sheet that correlates to your age!
-Color it however you want! Markers, paint, crayons, glitter, anything you want! Get creative with it!
-Submit your masterpiece by dropping it off at the library, the Community Center (185 Broad Street) or email it to parks&[email protected]
-A few winners from each age group will be picked!

🍕One grand prize winner from each age group will be picked, a HUGE thank you to NewYork PIZZA CO. for supplying the grand prize winners with a free cheese pizza!! A warm, melty, yummy, cheese pizza in the fall?? Yes please!!

Join us for a Senior Self-Defense Class designed to help older adults build confidence, improve awareness, and learn simple, effective techniques for handling potentially unsafe situations.

This class focuses on practical self-defense strategies, situational awareness, balance, and confidence in a supportive and welcoming environment. No prior experience is necessary!

GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR HOMESCHOOL FAMILIES
KPRD is excited to introduce Family Yoga with an OT! 🌿

Designed for children accompanied by a parent or guardian, this fun and interactive program is a wonderful introduction to yoga for the whole family. Together, you’ll explore simple yoga poses, movement, breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness in a supportive and playful environment.

💚 The best part? What you learn together doesn’t have to stay in the class! You’ll learn simple techniques and activities that you can bring home and incorporate into your family’s everyday routine.

Whether your child is brand new to yoga or just loves to move, this is a great opportunity to connect, move, relax, and learn together!

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

New Program Alert!!!!! Reg deadline extended to This Friday Sept 4th by 4:30pm

Join us for a fun and engaging Family Yoga class designed for children ages 3–7 and their parent or caregiver!

Spend quality time together while exploring movement, mindfulness, breathing, and playful yoga poses. Our new instructor Joanna Maag is a licensed Occupational Therapist with a wide variety of knowledge and experience.

✨ No yoga experience needed—just come ready to move, laugh, and connect!

This program fills up very fast so be ready to sign your children up come September 8th!

1st and 2nd Grade - Instructional Program - Introduction to the game and learning basic skills through drills and mini scrimmages.
(Saturday Mornings Only)

Grades 3-8 - Complete Season - Practice twice a week Monday - Thursday and a game on Friday night or Saturday morning.
