URGENT TOWN SURVEY REMINDER: Don't let this weekend start before you weigh in! 🗣️

The public opinion survey for the Town's Hazard Mitigation Plan is crucial. Your feedback is what allows us to qualify for **FEMA disaster funding** to protect our town's infrastructure.

It only takes a few minutes, and it makes a huge difference in our long-term safety.

**Click the link below to take the survey now:

***🚨 YOUR TOWN NEEDS YOUR INPUT! Survey closes 12/17! 🚨***

If you live, work, or own property in Danbury, this is one of the most important surveys you can take this year!

We are updating the Town's **Hazard Mitigation Plan**, which is the official roadmap to protect our community against natural disasters like severe winter storms, flooding, high winds, and drought.

**WHY should you take 30 minutes to complete this?**

1. **💰 FUNDING:** Completing this plan makes our Town eligible for critical *federal funding* (FEMA grants) to pay for projects that prevent damage—like stormwater improvements or generator installations.
2. **🗣️ YOUR VOICE:** Your personal experience with past storms and your concerns about future risks directly influence the Town's priorities for the next five years.
3. **🛡️ SAFETY:** The plan helps us protect homes, businesses, and critical infrastructure (like schools) from future damage.

**➡️ CLICK HERE TO TAKE THE PUBLIC OPINION SURVEY:**
https://forms.office.com/r/teCi3sRn3S

The survey is completely anonymous and should only take about 30 minutes. Please complete it by **12/17**!
