Come out and enjoy the Damascus Freedom 5k and family fun event on Sept 7 http://damascusfreedom5k.com/
This is a wonderful event for the family!

Race proceeds to benefit great organizations that together support the troops in the field, their families while deployed and those who return home wounded or disabled.

What: August Pack Meeting
When: Friday August 29, 2014 7-8pm
Where: Moyer Park (near Clearspring Elementary School)
Who: All scouts + any friends interested in joining Scouts

We will can set up soccer, wiffle ball, tennis, basketball (whatever is open). And of course play on the playground.
We will also do some initial physical fitness exercises (push ups, sit ups, chin ups, run around the soccer field). Our pack has a goal of meeting the Scout physical fitness goal this year.

We will have announcements, get the Popcorn Program kicked off, and announce our exciting 2014-2015 schedule!

Scout Pack Leadership will be bringing cookies and drinks and we'll have a Dessert Party!

If you know of anyone in our Clearspring area that is interested in joining Cub Scouts, please send their information along as I would love to extend an invitation.

We are still in need of Walkers at Cub Scout camp this. If you are able to give any time at all tomorrow, Thursday, or Friday please let Rich Shimp or Paul Eng know as soon as possible. We'd love your help!! Camp is a wonderful opportunity for the boys made even more special through adult volunteers! Thank you!!
