VPM families,
Our school is working to provide some fun and memorable experiences for our students. We are in the middle of planning three different events for our kids and are looking for people or businesses willing to help.
1. We are planning on building another haunted walkthrough for our students at the end of October and are looking for people who could either donate a few items or help build the house on October 24.
2. Last year in December, we made it “snow” and were able to provide some amazing pictures for our students. VPM is looking for a skilled photographer to help with this event again.
3. Lastly, we revamped our student of the month ceremony and honored students and their families with a surprise ceremony and meal, calling it the “Wavemaker” award. We are looking for restaurants who would be willing to work with us.

Our first pep rally is next Thursday at 2:00. We will be honoring all of our fall sports athletes and also participating in several fun activities. We would love for our families to come as well and celebrate the commitment our Greenwaves have made to participating in our athletic programs.

Valley Point 7th graders learned about the parts of the cell by constructing models with the yummiest ingredients. Below are pictures of their amazing creations. Not only are they fantastic scientists, several of our students are evidently top notch chefs as well. Greenwave catering could be in the future.
