UPDATE : Route 15 is now open

Route 15 across the river appears to be closed which is routing traffic up and down 147 . There is a significant amount of extra traffic and the 7-11 intersection is backing up to the legion drive way and ridgeview foods. With vehicles going north so be careful pulling out and in the area with the extra traffic at the intersections as there is alot of out of area vehicles and trucks not familiar with the area.

Please avoid the entire area of Cemetary Road in Lower Mahanoy Twp as crews are operating on a multi alarm barn fire with tanker task force dispatched at this time. Tanker shuttles ans fire apparatus will have several surrounding roads shut down.

UPDATE: Units placed in service

Around 8:16 am Engine 62 was dispatched to Dauphin County at 184 Pine Street in Millersburg. While repsonding the Engine was redirected to Station 20 and is currently standing by at their station while they operate at the fire.

Last night around 12:05 am, Engine 62 was dispatched to Upper Paxton Twp in Dauphin County for a multi unit residential structure fire. The engine crew assisted with fire suppression and overhaul for approximately 2.5 hours before returning available.
