Assisting Families In Transition's (AFIT) mission is to create and endorse healthy communities by promoting individual responsibility and accountability with the people we serve. AFIT's goal is to bring justice-involved Families Back Together. At AFIT, "No" is never the answer. AFIT will support the family's economic growth, adjust to lifestyle changes using skill-building techniques, and develop a solid plan for their future.
