The Ryan White Planning Council is a community group appointed by the Dallas County Judge, to plan the organization and delivery of HIV services funded by Part A, Part B, MAI, & State Services of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act. The mission of the Ryan White Planning Council of the Dallas Planning Area is to optimize the health and well-being of people living with HIV/AIDS through coordination, evaluation, and continuous planning to improve the North Texas regional system of medical, supportive, and prevention services.
