Our 38th Annual Dallas Margarita Charity Golf Classic Was a HUGE Success!

We’re thrilled to share that this year’s Charity Golf Classic raised nearly $100,000 to benefit underprivileged children throughout the DFW area!

This incredible accomplishment would not have been possible without the amazing golfers, volunteers, sponsors, donors, and hole fundraisers who came together to support our mission.

THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this year’s tournament such a success!

From the golf course to the fundraising efforts, your generosity and support are making a real difference in the lives of children throughout our community.

A special thank you to our Hole Fundraisers who went above and beyond to help us raise even more for this important cause!

And of course, a tremendous thank you to all of our sponsors for investing in the Dallas Margarita Charity Golf Classic and helping us continue this long-standing tradition of giving back.

38 years of golf. 38 years of giving. And nearly $100,000 raised this year!

This summer, Dallas Children’s Charities had the honor of delivering a grant check to It’s a Sensory World!. Founded in 2007, It’s a Sensory World! was created by a parent, Rekha Suryanarayana, and a teacher, Angela Stephens. Together their vision was to create a space where children with special needs would not only be accepted but celebrated.

This organization made up of teachers, therapists, and other support staff work year-round to serve children and their families with customized, sensory-based programs to maximize developmental potential leading to independence and inclusion.

This past spring, Dallas Children’s Charities delivered a grant check to Vickery Meadow Youth Development Foundation. This grant will help fund their EAGLE Scholars program which is made up of an ethnically and culturally diverse group of students, all of whom are focused on a four-year college degree as their goal. The EAGLE Scholars program is designed to help the students develop the skills they already have and acquire the ones they need in order to help them successfully navigate the educational system.

Earlier this summer, Dallas Children's Charities delivered a grant check to Children's Advocacy Center of Collin County. CACCC provides safety, healing and justice for children victimized by abuse or neglect in our community.

The grant from DCC will be used to help fund the CACCC's Rainbow Room, which meets the emergency needs of children and families by providing immediate access to new clothing, shoes, hygiene products and baby items completely free of charge.

Earlier this month, Dallas Children’s Charities had the privilege of delivering a grant check to Fellowship of the Parks who helps support foster and adoptive families in the DFW area.

Founder and senior pastor, Doug Walker has a personal connection to this mission having been placed for adoption himself. He’s made supporting foster and adoptive families one of the church’s top priorities.

This grant will help fund their Bed Build program for children in need of a bed to sleep on.

A BIG thank you to our amazing sponsor, The Children’s Place!

Since 1969, The Children's Place has believed in putting families first — celebrating kids, supporting moms, and helping families through every stage of childhood.

We are incredibly grateful for their generous donation of more than 1,100 coats, gloves, hats, and pajamas to Dallas Children’s Charities!

We’ve already received a portion of this incredible donation, and we can’t wait to see these warm essentials make their way to children and families in our community who need them most.

Thank you, The Children’s Place, for helping us make a difference and for believing in the power of giving back.

Together, we’re helping children feel warm, cared for, and supported — because every child deserves to be a kid.
