The community town hall meeting regarding KBHCC has been postponed to a future date. We will share the new date and meeting details once they are confirmed. However, the D1 meeting regarding the viaducts is STILL HAPPENING this Thursday at Methodist Dallas - Hitt Auditorium.

We hope to see you there! More updates about the rescheduled KBHCC community meeting will be shared as information becomes available.

HOME REPAIR PROGRAM APPLICATIONS OPEN OCTOBER 5, 2026

Please be aware that applications for the Home Improvement & Preservation Program (HIPP) and the Municipal Single-Family Rehabilitation Program (MSRP) may not be submitted before October 5, 2026.

The official application window is October 5 through October 16, 2026.

Residents should not collect, submit, or forward applications to the City or program provider before October 5. Applications received before October 5 will not be accepted or held for the upcoming application period. Early applications will be returned to the resident or destroyed, and a new application will need to be submitted during the official application window.

Residents may apply directly through Volunteers of America Texas (VOA Texas) between October 5 and October 16:
