All vendors must wear masks during their deliveries.

Applications for housing may be received by mail or printed from our website.

Dallas City, IL 62330 or dropped off in the secured drop box outside the office entrance.

Please have copies of information with the application. We will not be making any copies at this time.

Tenants may call in work orders by phone. ONLY Emergency/Priority work orders are being completed at this time.

Lease-up of apartments will be done by appointment only.
