LB644 Pink Postcard

Due to an error with the computer system, the Dakota County Assessor's Office has worked with our computer vendor to re-print the pink postcards. Corrected postcards will be mailed out again on September 20th. After you receive your postcard, if you have any questions please contact the appropriate entity listed on the card with your questions.

The Dakota County Assessor's Office will be closed December 23 & 24 for the Christmas Holiday. We will re-open Monday December 27.

The Dakota County Assessors Office will be doing a Rural Residential review of the county in the following weeks, per Statute 77-1311.03. Below you will find the names and descriptions of the vehicles that will be conducting the review. All data-listers will have identification from the Dakota Co.
