Dade City Youth Council Promoting Community Involvement

The Dade City Youth Council was formed in order to cooperate with the community to organize and oversee events for all members of the community to participate in. Our goal is to offer incentives to the people of Dade City to take pride in their town and to immerse themselves into the opportunities that their city has to offer.

Every first Saturday of the month, the Dade City Youth Council sponsors an event called "The Market Place" in Hibiscus Park. Here, vendors from all over can set up shop and sell their merchandise and offer their services.

The event runs from 10 AM to 3 PM

The next one is on January 7th, 2016 in Hibiscus Park
(located next to the south end of the 301 bypass)

Coming up in March is the annual "Dogs Day" In Dade City!

Visitors can bring their leashed dogs to enjoy a day at Agnes Lamb Park. There will be events such as the Dog Wagon Parade, the much loved Dog Costume Contest, a K-9 unit demonstration, a "Canine Got Talent" competition, an Ice Cream/ Yogurt Eating Contest, and many more.

Vendors from around will be set up selling merchandise and offering services.

The Event is being held at Agnes Lamb Park
(Across from The Edwinola on Meridian Ave.)

Starts at 10 AM and runs until 2 PM
