👠 Throwback Thursday: Walk a Mile in Her Shoes® 💜

Today, we’re taking a walk down memory lane and remembering Walk a Mile in Her Shoes®, a powerful event hosted by Sunrise of Pasco.

Men from our community came together—literally stepping into a pair of heels—to raise awareness about domestic and sexual violence and show their support for survivors.

But this event was about so much more than walking. It was about courage, compassion, conversation, and taking a stand against violence.

We’re grateful to everyone who participated, supported the event, and helped Sunrise of Pasco continue the conversation about creating a safer community for everyone.

What began with a commitment to helping survivors has grown into a community-supported organization dedicated to providing safety, advocacy, education, and resources.
