The Bible teaches us to be grateful for all things, and I'd like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Pastor, Dr. Kenneth M. Davis for entrusting me with the role of Coordinator for the Senior Women of the Tabernacle MBC. Under the leadership of our President, Sis. Clarese Robinson, who guides us with wisdom and keeps us mission-focused, our group, SWAAG - Senior Women Anointed and Appointed by God, strives to embody the spirit of Christ. By staying grounded in our faith, we're empowered to make a positive impact, knowing that through Christ, we can overcome any challenge. As a vibrant community of women who share a deep love for the Lord and our church, we're committed to living out our values and spreading joy. To Go Be the Glory!!!!

Praise the Lord we are on Day 13 with eight (8) more days to go on the 21 Day Prayer Journey - The Happy New You. If you hvnt had a chance to join the journey, I am encouraging you to just order the book from Amazon. It is a great book to use in your devotional time with God. Especially if you wanna work on you , yourself this year. God had not given us the Spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. So let's get busy encouraging one another. Today was a great day that we honored one of our faithful SWAAG/SWMU sisters who has gone on to be with the Lord. This special tribute was held in the Laura Johnson's Boardroom at the Biloxi Housing Authority. Pastor Gary Hawthorne and SWAAG were greeted by Sis. Eula Crowell and the other Board members that were present. Thank God we have made history in a positive way. To God be the Glory. Sis. Johnson will forever live on in our hearts 💕

There comes a time in life when you have to come full circle with life. We are here to glorify God and in doing so we have to love our neighbor and walk up right with our God. Micah 6:8 says, "He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?" ❤️ Just on yesterday we took bereavement to another level by having an "Expression of Love Luncheon" for one of our seniors who hath experienced so much death and we wanted to lift her spirits. God is so good and it was a tremendous blessing 🙌. So I'm saying to you, pls do what the Lord lays on your heart to do wholeheartedly. He knows how much we can bear.
