To the citizens of Cyril per Gerard Dodson fire chief/emergency manager the storm sirens will be tested every Friday at 12:00 (noon). The sirens will NOT be tested on days of stormy weather. Thank you and please pass the word along.

The ambulance service is going great and running a lot of calls! So glad we are back up and running. We are doing the membership drive again the prices are $175 a year for a family or $75 dollars a year for individual. Memberships can be picked up at city hall or the Ems office. Thank you everyone for your support!

Will be having a special meeting Tomorrow Wednesday Sept. 12th at 9am to interview and hire ambulance personnel. This is our last step and we can open the service again after almost 2 years of being down.

Sitting here this morning looking over the license in anticipation of finally opening after almost 2 years of being out of service, I would like to thank the town council because without their backing we would not be able to open up our great service. I would also like to thank my wife for helping me and being patient with me on the long hours and fustration that I went through. I would also like to thank the town for it's backing in opening our service. You all are the reason we are opening back up. So thank you EVERYONE! We will have a special meeting next week to hire great people to help our service grow and become the great service it was.
