Have you made your weekend plans yet? 👀 Join us THIS SATURDAY for our Summer Reading Kick-Off Party! 🎉🎈 Drop in between 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. for a dino-sized line-up of activities for kids, teens, and adults, including:
Shows & Presentations
🦎 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. A Girl With Scales: Reptiles are a critical part of our ecosystem and just plain cool! With an interactive reptile meet and greet, both kids and adults will learn to fully appreciate the wonders of the reptile world. This program will be inside the library's Sutliff Room, located on the lower level next to the elevator.
🐋 1 - 2 p.m. The Walking Whales presented by Hans Thewissen, PhD: Join us to learn about the Walking Whale fossils! For adults, teens, and school-age kids (Grades 3+ will enjoy this presentation the most, but all are welcome.)
