🪿 Thanks to everyone that participated with our Goose on the Loose! Randy made several stops around the county with several of our Chamber members and tried to encourage everyone to go in and visit those members.

As promised we had a fantastic giveaway basket with goodies and gift certificates from Sophie Mae’s Boutique, Grandpa's Shack , The Dawg House, Brumby Foods, and Blissful Batters! Congratulations to Peppi Webb for winning the drawing!!

Be on the lookout because Randy the Chamber Goose will probably be making another appearance in the future! 😊

The Benjamin Hawkins Chapter, DAR invites the community to a Memorial Day Service on Monday, May 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in Veterans Park, Shellman. Representative Gerald Greene will speak, as will Gold Star Mother Aldene Lee on "Remembrances of Weston Lee." Darrell Paul will provide special music. Memorial Day is a time for honoring and mourning the U.S. military personnel who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces.
