Foothill-De Anza College Police Officers' Association FHDA Police Officers Association is the labor association that represents the sworn patrol police officers of the Foothill-De Anza College District.

Foothill-De Anza College Police Officers Association is the labor association, in conjunction with Operating Engineers Local 3, which represents the sworn Police Officers of the College District. Foothill-De Anza Community College District comprise of 3 campuses located in Los Altos Hills (Foothill College), Cupertino (De Anza College) and Sunnyvale (Educational Center). We have a student and facu

lty population over 40,000 in a given quarter combined. Foothill College, De Anza College and Sunnyvale Education Center are about 250 acres of land combine.
