Honeycrisp Weekend and Labor Day landing on the same three days makes this the best weekend of the year to be at the Ciderhouse. Here's what to expect!:

🎸 Sept 5: Live Music | Bruce Day Rocks on Saturday, from 4-7pm
🎶 Sept 6: Sunday Funday | Soul Searchers on September 6 from 3-6pm.
📆 Sept 7: Labor Day | Open from 10am-4pm with dinner service

‼️It's shaping up to be busy, so a quick heads up: the Ciderhouse patio are for folks ordering food, those only wanting a drink or leisurely watch the band can sit at the picnic tables. Reservations are recommended for this weekend! 🍻

City Hall is open today, Thursday, until 4:30 PM.

As part of our regular schedule, City Hall is closed on Fridays. We will also be closed Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day.

***Old Town Project***

Our general contractor, SM Hentges, is beginning to bring equipment in today with the goal to start work next week. We plan to deliver an update letter for residents and business owners in the project area this week, but please reach out with questions anytime at 515-981-9214.

From the Midwest Tropical Show in the morning to the Cu***ng Street Party in the afternoon and live music into the evening, there are plenty of ways to get out, have some fun and enjoy Cu***ng.

🌿 9 AM–2 PM — 4th Annual Midwest Tropical Show at Ted Lare Garden Center

🎉 12–8 PM — Cu***ng Street Party with live music, food trucks, activities, beverages and local vendors

🍴 3–5 PM — Summer Cooking Class at Middlebrook Farm

🎶 6–9 PM — Live music with Taylor King at Middlebrook Mercantile
