Property Rules
SMOKING POLICY: The
Cu***ng City Center is a completely smoke-free establishment in all areas. No smoke-producing devices will be permitted in any area of the City Center; this includes all types of ci******es, ci**rs, pipes, and va**ng devices, etc. OUTDOOR BEVERAGE POLICY: No glass bottles, cups, or containers are permitted on City Center Property. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased on site from a designated vendor, which will be served in a plastic cup with the vendor's logo. WHEELED RECREATIONAL DEVICES: Golf carts and motor operated devices are prohibited on the boardwalk and pedestrian walkways. No wheeled recreational devices (i.e. skateboards, bicycles, roller skates, etc.) on the turfed areas. No damage to hardscapes or turfed areas with wheeled recreational devices will be tolerated. skateboards, bicycles, scooters, skated, etc.) are permitted in the amphitheater during concerts or other events. SOLICITING & LOITERING
Loitering—remaining in an area without a clear purpose—is not allowed on City Center property. Soliciting, including selling goods or services, distributing handouts, or requesting donations, is strictly prohibited. CODE OF CONDUCT: Any guest whose behavior is disruptive, creates a disturbance, negatively impacts the operations of the property, its businesses, or its patrons, violates applicable laws or ordinances, or fails to comply with posted rules and regulations may be asked to leave the property. PET POLICY: Pets must be on a leash and under their owner’s control at all times. Owners of unfriendly or disruptive pets may be asked to leave the property. Pets are welcome in most public outdoor areas, including pocket parks, trails and boardwalks, open green spaces, and public patio or balcony areas. Individual businesses within the City Center may choose not to allow pets inside their establishments or in certain areas of their business. Please check with each business before entering with a pet. Pets are strictly prohibited from using the turf for bathroom purposes. Pet waste stations are located throughout the City Center, and owners are required to clean up after their pets immediately. Failure to comply with any pet policies may result in the owner being asked to leave the property. WALKING PATHS & RECREATIONAL AREAS
-Golf carts, ATVs, motor operated devices, class III bicycles and similar devices are prohibited on the boardwalk and pedestrian walkways.
-Pathways are intended for walking, running, biking, rollerblading, etc.
-Pedestrians have the right of way
-Class I and II electric bikes are permitted
-The speed limit is 15 MPH
-Per Georgia law, no person under the age of 16 years shall operate or be a passenger on a bicycle without a helmet.
-Horseback riding is prohibited
-Camping is prohibited
-The walking paths follow Cu***ng City Center hours. Anyone in the park or common areas after posted hours will be considered loitering. PARKING: All vehicles must be parked in appropriate marked parking spaces or will be towed by Cu***ng Police Department at owner’s expense. Overnight parking is only permitted in the parking deck and overflow lots located off of Bulldog Way. Any vehicle remaining on the premises after 24 hours will be towed by the Cu***ng Police Department at the owner’s expense. All cars parked in parallel parking spaces must be parked the direction in which traffic flows in the nearest lane of traffic. Our parking deck is five levels with handicap parking and elevator access. There is no parking permitted during indicated road or parking lot closures and events. Violators will be towed at owner's expense. All Student are required to parking the designated Student Parking Lot managed by Forsyth Central during school hours. FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY: Photography at the Cu***ng City Center is permitted for private, non-commercial use only. Photography for commercial use or press use must receive prior approval from Cu***ng City Center property management. You will need to email [email protected] at least two weeks in advance of the date you wish to shoot to receive approval. There may be additional licensing and fee requirements if you will be using the resulting photos or videos for commercial purposes. Cu***ng City Center reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold and/or withdraw permission to photograph on its premises. Cu***ng City Center reserves the right to use and share any content captured on site. All events are photographed and filmed. Attendance constitutes consent to use of your image for promotional purposes. We encourage everyone to post their pictures at the Cu***ng City Center on social media. Tag us ! The Cu***ng City Center asks that users of this page conduct themselves in a professional, civil manner. The Cu***ng City Center maintains the right to delete, block or reject any unapproved or inappropriate content that is posted on social media. Inappropriate content may include: Comments unrelated to the purpose and topical scope of the page; profanity, obscenity or po*******hy; language referring to or encouraging unlawful behavior; defamation of any individual or entity; language that promotes or denigrates any elected official, political candidate, or political topic; promotion or advertisement of a business or commercial transaction; copyrighted material; spam or links to other sites.
