Earlier this afternoon, Cumberland City Police, while providing security detail for filming of an episode of Mayor of Kingstown noticed a kitten stuck under the cross town bridge. Truck 3 in coordination with city police & Cumberland Fire removed the kitten from the bridge. Allegany County animal control took the kitten for medical attention.

Rescue Squad with 5 as part of the collapse team responded to the 700 block of Columbia Ave in Cumberland for a vehicle into a dwelling. Rescue 3, Rescue 1 (Cumberland) & Rescue Engine 17 (Shaft) built and placed spot shoring to capture damaged structural members.
