The C. William Gilchrist Gallery & Museum is inviting artists from throughout the region to become part of its growing creative community through an open Call for Art for the upcoming Members Showcase in the Community Gallery.
Designed to celebrate the talent and diversity of local artists, the Members Showcase offers an opportunity for creatives working in all mediums to share their work in a welcoming gallery environment while connecting with fellow artists and art enthusiasts.
The current call is open to Gilchrist members, with annual memberships available for as little as $30 per year or $3 per month, making participation accessible to artists at all stages of their creative journey.
"One of our goals is to continue creating opportunities for artists to exhibit, connect, and grow within a supportive creative community," said the organizers. "Whether you've shown your work many times or are considering exhibiting for the first time, we invite you to become part of what we're building."
Artwork submissions are being accepted now, with a rolling submission process. If you would like to be featured before the annual gala, submit by July 15th. Because space in the Community Gallery is limited, artists are encouraged to submit early. Works will be accepted based on available space and overall exhibition balance. Additional Members Showcases may be scheduled later in the year as interest grows.
Artists interested in participating are encouraged to join the Gilchrist and complete the online submission form.
