The Chamber will host a series of candidate forums in advance of the Primary during the week of May 11. Thank you to for the space and sound assistance, and to Magic 100.5 for getting us on the air! Forums are free and open to the public.

Reminder: FOP Lodge #144 will be hosting a County Commissioner Forum this Friday, the 17th at 6:00 PM.

The focus of the forum will be public safety, and we encourage community members to attend, listen, and engage in this important discussion.

The Allegany County Commission for Women is proud to recognize outstanding young women who lead, serve, and make a difference in our community.

👩‍🎓 Eligibility:
Female high school seniors in Allegany County (public, private, or homeschool)

💡 Funds may be used for education, career training, or workforce expenses.

This isn't just a day for girls; everyone is welcome to take part in fun activities and meet experts in the field. Local college representatives will be on site for those looking to pursue STEM careers! This free day is truly great for all ages.
