Many people viewed the displays and shared their comments last night at the Open House. If you couldn't make it, you can view the displays on the road (see locations and dates below) or take the online survey!

We want to make sure everyone's voice is heard on key topics including agricultural preservation and land use, economic development, recreation and open space, housing, cultural and natural resource protection and more! This is the final round of public engagement for the Wayne Onward planning process and we want to hear from you!

You're invited... to the
Wayne Onward Open House!

Join the Wayne Onward planning team and Steering Committee to share your comments and priorities on the County’s comprehensive plan update! Following a brief presentation, participants will have the chance to view and comment on displays with ideas and draft recommendations for the plan in a casual setting at their own pace. Make sure your voice is heard on key topics including agricultural preservation and land use, economic development, recreation and open space, housing, cultural and natural resource protection and more! This is the final public event for the Wayne Onward planning process and we want to hear from you!

Wayne County just completed its second round of interactive public engagement workshops for the Wayne County Comprehensive Plan, Wayne Onward. In case you were unable attend one of our “Opportunities” workshops we wanted to invite you to participate in the online version of the workshop. For those of you that attended one of the workshops or have already participated in the online version we truly thank you and appreciate your valuable input.

Wayne County is gearing up for the second round of public engagement for the Comprehensive Plan, Wayne Onward. In case you may have missed the previous workshops now is your chance to be heard. The Wayne County Commissioners and Wayne County Planning Department are inviting everyone to participate in 1 of the 4 Opportunities Workshops as noted on the attached flyer. The Opportunities Workshops are identical so you can choose the one that best suits your timeframe. Please feel free to share this information with as many as you can and/or any organizations you are a part of.
